1General Terms

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Currency

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ef333 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement to use this bonus is 15 times (15x of deposit + bonus).
• Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on specified games — the eligible game list will be provided on each promotion's detail page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted in the promotion's terms.
• ef333 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or irregularity is suspected.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash; only winnings that qualify for withdrawal after the wagering requirement is met may be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

ef333 has four VIP tiers that provide members with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account at the start of each week. VIP tier progression depends on overall gaming activity on the platform.

6Gaming Rules

Compliance with the following rules is mandatory when playing games on ef333. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

6.1 Gaming Restrictions

• Using software bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence tools to play games is strictly prohibited.

11Responsible Gaming
